Batak Pepper Chai

0.5 dl Life by Follis Earl Grey
5 Batak peppercorns
10 cardamom pods
1 tsp cinnamon stick
1 litre water
5 dl coconut milk
0.5 dl coconut syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the water. Brew Earl Grey tea for 5 minutes.
Add the spices, coconut milk, and coconut syrup. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Strain out the spices. Allow the drink to aerate before pouring. Garnish with orange zest.
Enjoy your Batak Pepper Chai!

Earl Grey Milkshake

2 tea bags Life by Follis – Earl Grey
1 cup of milk
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Caramel Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat up the milk in a saucepan just before boiling – toss in your tea bags. Let brew for 7 minutes. Cool it down for 2-3 hours.
In a blender – add the Earl Grey infused milk the scoop of ice cream and the vanilla extract and give it a swirl.
Whip up a dash of cream and finish it off with some caramel sauce.

Earl Grey Ice Cream

3 tea bags Life by Follis – Earl Grey
500 ml of cream
3-4 teaspoons of honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the cream and toss the bags of Earl Grey tea in, steep in the cream for about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, make yourself a cup of earl grey tea and enjoy it. When the cream is infused Add about 3 teaspoons of honey, and let the mixture cool down.
Mix everything together and turn it in an ice cream machine, or alternatively, freeze the mixture in a shallow plastic container with some blueberries at the bottom.
